Welcome to my travel journal

This year 24 students and friends of the Haas Business School's Pacific Rim Club visited three countries in the Pacific Rim. Starting with Bangkok, Thailand, we moved through Jakarta, Indonesia, and finally ended the trip in Tokyo, Japan.

Throughout the course of the trip, we got to know each other better (some got to know their trip mates very well), we saw some outstanding companies, and we were treated to many exotic sights (some of which were our very own travel companions).

For next year, I would definately recommend the trip to anyone who has even the slightest desire to travel. It was a great time and quite cheap for what we got.

That being said, which country would you like to see first?

I hope you enjoy our trip as much as we did.

As a next to final note, we all greatly appreciate the time and effort that David Yen and Patrick Lui put into organizing this trip. Their efforts made this a truely outstanding experience. Also appreciations goes out to all my travel companions, just for being great poeple to spend two weeks with.
